A Place at The Beach V condos are thoughtfully designed, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. These spacious vacation rentals provide comfortable living rooms, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and private balconies for your enjoyment

Enjoy the OPEN-AIR arrival with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN at this home away from home.

Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots or on the street during the busiest times. There are 2 parking garages and 3 surface lots available for guests.

This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.

Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management. Food and beverage facilities run by the front desk are not accessible when renting privately. However, there are many food and beverage options very close, including a fantastic beach bar next door.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: ‘Are there any hidden fees?’
A: NO – There are no required ‘surprise’ costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.

Q: ‘Can I Check-In Early?’
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at 1PM. The cost is $50, and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.

Q: ‘Can I Check-Out Late?’
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.

Q: ‘Are bath towels and sheets included?’
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.

Q: Is parking included?’
A: NO, parking/pool fee of $20 for up to 7 nights or $30 for over 7 nights must be paid at the on-site rental office.

Q: ‘Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?’
A: NO – You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care, so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.

Q: ‘Do you allow pets?’
A: NO, sorry – Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.

Q: ‘Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?’
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony – no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors – especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.

Q: ‘Are there pots/pans/dishes?’
A: YES – The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

Transit

For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, there are many options within walking distance and other transportation options are available. There are plenty of taxi cabs available. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive

Please note this unit is located on the 2nd floor no elevator. Please be aware that parking passes Are located in the unit and must be returned upon check out. Please note if you take or lose passes you will be charged ($50 Per parking passes)

Bedding for this particular property includes a Queen bed, a Queen and a Queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. The units are designated as non-smoking for the comfort of all guests.
