This ocean view condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 1 king bed, 1 sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The unit is also furnished with a TV stand and built-in fireplace, TV with basic cable, AC and Heat, full-size fridge, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, a group of friends or a small family! Located on the 4th floor of the Driftwood Building, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and gorgeous sunsets!

This rental features some unique updates that many others simply do not have. As of January 2022, this unit has been completely updated. Those updates include the following: new paint on all walls, new laminate flooring, new curtains, beautiful accents and wall decor, new sofa and ottoman, new king mattress and bed frame, new bathroom vanity, new kitchen table and stools, and more. The accent wall and colorful paint really make this condo feel like a home away from home!

There is not a full kitchen, but there is a full-size fridge/freezer to keep food and drinks cold. There is also a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Sea Mist also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, a huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid-staying cleaning requests for a fee.
